This Guild was not approved.

Reasons:

1. The Guild Leader exceeded the amount of Gold given in order to create a Guild.
2. The Guild Leader does not have enough Military Credits in order to start the Guild.
3. The Guild exceeds the amount of starting Members (5) and does not have a big enough Guild Hall to support the other Member.
