This Guild is approved.

Reasons:

1. The Guild Leader did not exceed the amount of Gold given in order to create a Guild.
2. The Guild Leader has enough Military Credits in order to start the Guild.
3. The Guild does not exceed the amount of starting Members (5) and has a big enough Guild Hall to support all of the Members.
