Pre-Assigned Deck Tournament

At the beginning of the tournament, the tournament mods will build decks to assign to the participants. Each participant must duel with the deck assigned to him/her for the duration of the tournament. To ensure that the tournament is fair, decks must be shared between all of the tournament moderators, as well as both Happy and Krusty. As with any other tournament I have created, any other ideas may be suggested. If you have an idea, speak your mind. Don't let anybody tell you no, because by the time your idea is heard, it may be too late.
