60 Card Deck Tournament

This is another tournament idea I had, which will involve using 60 card decks. This will hopefully encourage creativity among members. The current banlist and banned decks will still be active for this tournament. Any other rules may be suggested by any other members, as this is a simple idea that can grow over time as more members add to it. If anybody has other ideas for this tournament, do not be afraid to add your opinion.
