Normal Monster Tournament

For this tournament, each participant will have 30 minutes to construct a deck based entirely off of normal monsters. Only normal monsters, spells, and traps may be used for this tournament. To add an extra challenge, you could add the rule that only normal monsters, normal spells, and normal traps may be used for the tournament. This idea will hopefully encourage creativity among members. The current banlist is still in effect for this tournament, as will any other decks that Happy and Krusty feel are too op.
