Off-Topic Chat

I had an idea to add an off-topic chat to the forums. This would basically be like another section for random chat that doesn't revolve around playing the card game or watching anime 24/7. Obviously people have other things on their minds that they want to share, and this would be the place for it. I mainly had this idea because I wanted to have a thread asking what people would predict their abilities as if they were to be recreated as a character in a video game, movie, anime, etc. but couldn't find the proper section for my thread idea. Let me know what you think.
