Yugioh Set Tournament

Okay, so. This is my idea and its just a thought. What we should do is have a tournament where each contestant will have to build a deck using three Yugioh Sets set anywhere from Legend Of Blue-Eyes to what the current set is. You are limited to cards that are included in these three sets, however, you may use atleast 4 staples that can be splashed in any deck, Hand traps will be counted as staples. Each contestant will be given a list for all three sets. That way we can clear confusion. The sets will be chosen randomly, so you will never know what you will get every tournament. I hope to be able to do this on a weekly basis. Preferably a Saturday evening/Sunday morning due to time zone differences and such. Meaning, that say it started around 6 PM EST, that would be say 11:00 PM for those in the UK.
