Anime Character Tournament

Each participant is assigned an anime character (any anime) by Happy or Yajima. Based on the anime character, participants will build the deck of the character based on their abilities in the anime. Example would be Fire Fist for Natsu. No tier 1 decks, alternate win condition, stall, etc. decks may be used for the duration of the tournament. If there is not a deck available for said character, participant must contact Happy or Yajima.
